All hospitalization estimates (expenses) will be strictly given only by the billing department as per the recommendation of the treating consultants.
Deposits/Payments are to be made in CASH/NEFT/RTGS/ ALL CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS are accepted.(ABOVE RS. 199000/- CASH PAYMENT IS NOT ACCEPTED.)
Medical Claims for reimbursement purposes will be attested by the medical Officer on Special Duty for which you can enquire at reciption desk.
All medicines should be purchased only from the Hospital Pharmacy. Medical/Surgical consumables shall be supplied by the Hospital Store. Purchase of Medicines/Surgical consumables from outside the hospital is strictly prohibited.
Incase of any extra/excess medicines, kindly inform the ward-incharge for refund of the same before discharge.
Patients are advised not to keep any valuables, jewellery or other costly items with them during their stay at the Hospital.

Observe the “Visiting Hours” schedule of the hospital
Use hospital property only for intended use
Avoid visiting restricted access areas

Please be with following things while admission –
Your Doctor's referral letter.
Letter of guarantee from your Employer(CORPORATE EMPLOYESS) / Insurance Company, if part or all of your medical expenses are to be borne by your Employer / Insurance Company.
Your PATHOLOGY /RADIOLOGY Test results and list of the medications which you are presently taking.
DEPOSIT- It is suggested that the deposit in accordance with the schedule of charges to be paid in advance, in order to avoid delay in completing admission formalities at the time of admission. The Registration(RECEIPTION ) Staff will inform you of the required deposit which may be paid by cash, debit or Credit Cards.
The patient or his relative has to duly fill and sign the admission form prior to the admission.
In case of cashless admission insurance card along with photocopy of adhar & pan card should be submitted at billing department after the admission process
It is to be noted that the information given in the admission form should be correct as the same is noted in the admission papers and is used for all practical purposes like , insurance claim, medico legal purposes,death certificate etc.
